Venkatesh is a passionate and inquisitive AEC professional who started working as an architectural modeler. While pursuing his engineering degree, he completed over 30 architectural projects that included both interior and exterior work. He also created numerous schematic and approval plans for residential buildings. Additionally, he attended various technical symposiums and outshone them.
He started his career as a design engineer. He was quite interested in the BIM industry, and after learning more about it, he began working as a BIM technician in construction planning, where he contributed to project sequencing and scheduling. Additionally, he has explored openBIM, 4D, and 5D to identify more efficient approaches to achieve the needed deliverables. He is skilled in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bexel Manager, and Blender. He is also a Bentley-accredited Synchro 4D Professional.
He is currently in a transition phase, gaining expertise with software and exploring opportunities that can make an impact and provide more value and satisfaction. He has always wanted to connect with like-minded experts who are enthusiastic about the future of building and with individuals who are more socially and environmentally conscious.
