Submission Guidelines 


These guidelines are for Actors submitting models and related content to Yatzar Asset. By submitting assets, you agree to comply with the following rules and requirements to ensure a high-quality experience for Users on our platform. 


1. Eligibility to Submit Assets
To submit assets to Yatzar Asset, you must: 

- Be a registered Actor on the platform. 

- Own or have the rights to the asset(s) being submitted. 

- Ensure the asset(s) comply with Yatzar Asset’s License Agreement and Terms of Service. 

2. Asset Quality Requirements 
Your asset must meet the following criteria: 

- Quality and Accuracy: The asset should meet the highest standards of accuracy and detail, suitable for professional use in the AECO industry. It must be free from errors or inconsistencies in the geometry, dimensions, or data. 

- Compatibility: Assets should be compatible with commonly used software and standards in the AECO industry. Ensure that your models can be easily integrated into workflows with minimal adjustments. 

- File Structure: Provide a well-organized, clear file structure. Include proper naming conventions and categorize the asset according to the AECO sector (e.g., architectural, structural, MEP). 

- Documentation: Include comprehensive documentation, detailing the asset’s use, software compatibility, file formats, and any dependencies. This helps Users to understand and integrate the asset into their projects smoothly. 

3. Asset Submission Process 

To submit your asset to Yatzar Asset: 

- Prepare your asset package: Ensure all necessary files are included, such as models (in formats like .rvt, .ifc, .dwg, .fbx, .obj), metadata, and any supporting documentation or textures. 

- Upload and Metadata: Provide detailed metadata, including the asset’s name, description, intended use case, compatible software versions, and categories (e.g., building elements, mechanical systems, etc.). 

- Review and Approval: Yatzar Asset will review your submission to ensure it meets platform quality standards and technical accuracy. You may be asked to make revisions before the asset is approved for listing.

4. Asset Description 

Your asset listing must: 

- Clearly describe the asset's function and intended use within the AECO industry. 

- Provide a comprehensive list of features and specifications, such as modeling details, file formats, and scale. 

- Include high-quality preview images, models, or videos demonstrating how the asset can be used in AECO workflows. 

- Be transparent about the asset’s limitations, such as software compatibility or specific usage conditions. 

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright 
You must have full rights to all assets submitted. If the asset includes any third-party components (e.g., textures, libraries, or models), you must have the appropriate licenses or permissions. 

By submitting an asset, you affirm that it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights and complies with applicable copyright and trademark laws. 

You are also fully responsible for ensuring that your submission does not involve the unauthorized use of any proprietary or licensed software. In cases of software infringement or unlicensed use, the Actor will bear full legal responsibility, including any penalties or claims arising thereof. Yatzar Creations shall not be held liable for any such violations. 

6. Asset Updates 

 Actors are encouraged to maintain and update their assets, particularly in the case of software updates or enhancements. 

Each update must be submitted following the same process as the initial submission and will be reviewed by Yatzar Asset. 

7. Pricing
  You have the ability to set the price of your asset. Yatzar Asset may provide pricing recommendations, but ultimately, the pricing decision is yours. 

8. Asset Removal 
Yatzar Asset reserves the right to remove any asset from the platform that: 

Fails to meet the quality standards for technical accuracy or intellectual property guidelines. 

Violates the License Agreement or Terms of Service. 

Contains misleading or inaccurate information that could disrupt workflows. 

9. Support and Customer Service
 As an Actor, you are responsible for providing support to Users who purchase or download your assets. This includes responding to inquiries, assisting with integration issues, and offering updates or fixes when needed. 
10. Compliance with Laws
By submitting an asset, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Yatzar Asset's platform policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws. 

11. Termination
Failure to comply with these guidelines and the License Agreement may result in the removal of your asset(s) and suspension or termination of your account.  

These guidelines ensure that Actors provide high-quality, technically accurate models and related assets for the AECO industry, meeting the needs of professional Users on Yatzar Asset. Yatzar Asset reserves the right to update or revise these guidelines to ensure the platform’s integrity and quality.
