The Yatzar Asset Actor Referral Policy encourages our registered actors to invite other qualified actors to join our platform, fostering community growth and rewarding successful referrals. This policy outlines eligibility, referral process, rewards, payments, and terms to ensure transparency and fairness.
2. Eligibility
- Only registered actors with active Yatzar Asset accounts can participate as referrers.
- Referrals must be new actors who have not previously registered or been associated with Yatzar Asset.
3. Referral Process
- Each registered actor is provided a unique referral link or code within their account dashboard.
- To qualify as a valid referral, the referred actor must register on Yatzar Asset through the shared referral link and complete their profile.
4. Referral Rewards
- Upon successful profile completion by the referred actor, the referrer earns a referral commission.
- Referral commissions accumulate in the referrer’s Yatzar Asset wallet record but are not spendable within the platform.
- Referral commissions are subject to verification and must meet program criteria as defined by Yatzar Asset.
4. Payment and Withdrawal
- Referral commissions are paid out monthly. The total commission earned in a month will be disbursed directly to the referrer’s registered bank account by the end of that month.
- There is no option to use referral commissions for transactions within Yatzar Asset.
- Payments are subject to applicable verification processes, compliance checks, and thresholds.
6. Conditions and Limitations
- Only genuine referrals are eligible. Self-referrals or fraudulent attempts to game the program will result in disqualification.
- The referred actor’s account must remain active and compliant with Yatzar Asset policies for the referrer to receive rewards.
- Yatzar Asset reserves the right to reject referrals, withhold rewards, or suspend accounts found abusing the program.
- Referral commissions and program eligibility can be modified or suspended at Yatzar Asset’s discretion with or without prior notice.
7. Privacy and Data Use
- Personal information collected during the referral process will be used solely for program administration and payment purposes, respecting privacy laws and data protection guidelines.
8. Referral Tracking
- Referrals are tracked via unique referral links or codes to ensure accurate reward distributions.
- The decisions of Yatzar Asset regarding referral validity and reward allocation are final.
9. Program Duration and Changes
- The referral program timeframe is indefinite but may be updated or terminated by Yatzar Asset at any time.
- Participants will be notified of major changes through official communications.
10. Tax Compliance
- Referrers are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to referral commissions as per local laws.
11. Fraud and Abuse Prevention
- Attempts to exploit the referral program through fake accounts or other deceptive practices will result in immediate disqualification and possible suspension or termination of the actor’s account.
12. Support and Disputes
- All inquiries, concerns, or disputes regarding the referral program should be directed to Yatzar Asset support for resolution.
This policy ensures a fair, transparent, and rewarding referral experience for Yatzar Asset actors, promoting platform growth while safeguarding against misuse.
